tabcat extension not detected

This dashboard needs the tabcat browser extension.

1. Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick a checkout of the tabcat repository (main branch).
2. Make sure this page's origin () is listed in content_scripts.matches and web_accessible_resources.matches of the extension's manifest.json.
3. Reload this page.
